SWATHplus OEM uses the core components of SEA’s successful SWATHplus swath bathymetry sonar for operation on small or large ROV and AUV platforms, custom built survey launches and other bespoke applications where the standard SWATHplus product is not required. Its modular architecture means it offers great flexibility, recording data during an AUV mission into a Data Capture Unit (DCU) or providing data to the surface in real time from and ROV. With multiple I/O options, the user decides on data transfer methodology. The system is aimed at users from all areas of the marine industry, from oil and gas to dredging support, utility companies to civil engineering, research and education to environmental groups.
